To Longlife Exhausts,

I thought it appropriate in a time of increasing fuel costs and differing
levels of customer service that I would write and pass on my thanks to
your excellent company.

Six years ago I had a stainless steel exhaust fitted on my grey import
Toyota Hilux Surf 3.0 SSR-G as i was unable to obtain a standard exhaust,
The price was £329 pounds.

The service was excellent and i noted on my return visit the Jeremy
Clarkson video i watched last time lol.

Driving the car away that day the performance was quite noticeable
improved, the sluggishness had gone and was considerably quieter. However
the real benefit only came after driving for a couple of weeks, the fuel
economy had increased by between 16-20%!  Which for the amount of driving
i was doing at the time paid for the exhaust in less than a year.

What has prompted me to write this time when i didnt last time was the
fact that I had call to return recently as the tail pipe was missing from
the car (I noticed as was cleaning it on one of those rare occasions)

I telephoned yourselves and was booked in the same week and upon arrival
it was inconclusive as to whether it had been stolen or simply fell off,
however i was very impressed that there was no attempt to fob me off or
argue over the fact.  You simply fitted a new section within about 30 mins
and sent me on my way.

An all round excellent customer service and I will undoubtably once my
current exhausts on my new car need replacing and i have the funds spare
not be wasting money on cheap off the shelf replacements but coming to
yourselves again.
