Thank you for the great service, (and price) when you fitted my new exhaust system on Wednesday.
I was in the motor trade all my working life,twenty nine of those years as a Ford dealer in Dursley.
I would not have believed that a Longlife system would have made so much difference. The car is now so
quiet and am sure the performance is improved.
In my experience, usually when a replacement mild steel exhast is fitted, the new exhaust sounds
noisy until the car has covered a few hundred miles. The Longlife was whisper quiet immediatly.
It was a refreshing experience to deal with your company. I was treated as a valued customer,the real
coffee In a mug, (not the usual tasteless liquid in a plastic cup). You knew the business, and i appreciated
your help and advice.
I thought it was a nice touch when your fitter, (sorry i should have asked his name ) showed me the
exhaust he had made and fitted to my Shogun Sport. His workmanship was very impressive.
Tim, you will see me again when i'm due for tyres. If i find myself in Berkeley i'l pop in and say hello.
