Sorry to say I did not see you yesterday when I had my new exhaust fitted. I would like to say what a good team that you have working for you, they were polite, courteous, helpful and efficient in fitting my exhaust. Driving back home my car felt like new, as it was much more eager to accelerate away, thanks for an excellent job.

Dear Tim,

I write to you to thank you for the service you afforded to me last week...

...I began to notice a significant difference in the performance of the car, which has been transformed since the new box was fitted.  The most noticeable changes are:

1.   Smoother Idling...I can only assume the reduction in back pressure has helped ...

2.   Improved cold start performance.  We live on a very steep hill, and when going up, particularly with a cold engine, I had to use first speed hold to avoid the engine labouring in second and the automatic box struggling to cope.  No such problem now, the car climbs strongly in second gear.

3.   Overall performance.  The car really runs more freely in all driving conditions, with sharper acceleration and smoother gear changes.

I have spent most of my life involved with motor vehicles; I canot remember ever achieving this sort of improvement so simply!

HI Robin & Tim

I drove from Leicester to you to have an Exhaust put on my BMW 525 on the 4^th of August. Robin’s other half and Robin both looked after me very well and I would like to thank them both very much ... also many thanks to the staff who fitted my exhaust as it sounds and looks fantastic. I asked for a mid sport sound so my car would sound like an M5, and I’m glad to say it does and much to my surprise my MPG went up by 1 almost immediately and is slowly creeping further up. A few of my friends have already said they are going to come to as soon as their exhausts go.

 All in all it was definitely worth the travel to you in total it was a 240mile roundtrip, and I saved more money coming to you even after deducting the fuel cost.
